Osteoarthritis is a standard type of arthritis that generally happens with age. Rheumatoid arthritis has affects more than one-tenth while compared with as many effects with osteoarthritis. The major difference between the two types is the cause behind the joint symptoms. Osteoarthritis is caused by tear and mechanical wear on joints. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease in which the body joints are attacked by body‘s own immune system. It is an inflammatory condition in which your immune system attacks the tissues in your joints it causes stiffness and pain that tend to become worse over several weeks and few months.
